vegetarian tofu chive pockets/韭菜盒子

I made a great traditional Chinese dish called vegan tofu chive pickets or Chive pan-fried dumplings! Hope you enjoy making this awesome recipe.

Ingredients:
flour dough
500g flour
320g water(150˙F)
1tsp salt

Filling ingredients:
200g Chinese chives
4 eggs
4 pieces dried bean curd
2 glass noodles
1 tsp salt
½ white pepper powder
¼ tsp five spice powder
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp chicken powder
2 tsp sesame oil
Instructions:
1. Mix flour with salt, oil and water (150˙F). The dough should be very sticky, let it rest for 20 minutes after kneading for 5 minutes.
2. Chopped chives, glass noodles and diced tofu
3. Scramble eggs into small pieces, set aside.
4. Put 2tbsp oil in the pan and cook the tofu for 2 min. Add chives, eggs and all the spice and sauce to cook with tofu for 2 min.
5. Turn off the stove and add in glass noodles to mix well with chives. Set aside.
6. Make a log with the dough. Cut it into equal sections. Press each piece into a small round shape with your palm. Use a rolling pin to flatten it into thin round wrappers.
7. Add an appropriate amount of filling and close up (methods shown in video)
8.3tbsp oil, cook in medium heat, each side cook for 3 min. Cover the lid.

我做了一道小吃,純素豆腐韭菜盒子!希望您喜歡做這個食譜。

1.將麵粉與鹽,油和水(150˙F)混合。麵團非常粘是正常的,將其捏合5分鐘後靜置20分鐘。
2.切碎的韭菜,冬粉和豆腐(切丁)
3.將雞蛋炒非常細,備用。
4. 2湯匙油煮豆腐2分鐘。加入韭菜,雞蛋以及所有的香料和醬料,再炒2分鐘。
5.關掉爐子,加入冬粉混均勻。擱置。
6.麵團搓長條。將其切成相等的部分。用手掌將每個壓成一個小圓形。用麵杖將其壓扁成薄的圓形包裝紙。
