Broccoli Beef 牛肉炒花椰菜

A very simple dish, as long as you have beef, broccoli and soy sauce. No need to go to the restaurant

Ingredients:
marinade:
0.50 lb beef
1 tsp soy sauce
½ tsp sugar
1 egg white
1 tbsp cooking wine
¼ salt
1 tbsp cornstarch
¼ c cooking oil
1 head broccoli
40g carrots
10 g ginger
3 cloves garlic
2 red chili pepper

sauce:
1tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp oyster sauce
1tbsp cooking wine
½ black pepper
1tsp soy bean sauce
¼tsp salt
½tsp sugar
1tsp cornstarch
2tbsp water

Instructions:
1. Slice the beef, marinade beef for 30 minute
2. Cut all the vegetables, including the ginger, garlic and red chili pepper
3. make the sauce
4. ¼ c oil, swirl and heat up the wok. Put beef in, spread evenly,
let them set and cook till brown for both side.
5. Drain out the grease from the beef, set aside.
6. Blanche the broccoli for 10 seconds, place in ice water, drain it, then set
aside.
7. Using the same pan, put 2 tbsp oil in and cook the ginger, garlic and red
pepper.
8. Put the broccoli in and pour in the sauce. Mix well and serve.
