Pan Fried Salmon/煎鮭魚

Fried salmon is very simple and nutritious. My family likes this cooking method.

Ingredients:

2 center-cut salmon fillets
1 tbsp oil
10g ginger
1 green onion
1/2c water
1/4c soy sauce
Instructions:
Pat the salmon dry. Spray oil on the pan and place the salmon on the pan and cook for about 3 minutes. Flip and cook the other side. At the same time, add ginger and remove the salmon. Pour in water and soy sauce and stir well. Sprinkle the sauce on the salmon.

2片鮭魚
1湯匙油
10克薑
1個蔥
1 / 2c水
1 / 4c醬油

拍乾鮭魚。在鍋上噴油,將鮭魚放在鍋上煮約3分鐘。翻轉煮另一面。同時放入姜,取出鮭魚。倒入水和醬油,攪拌均勻。將醬汁撒在鮭魚上。
