Vegan sweet and sour tofu /咕咾豆腐

16 oz firm tofu
4 tbsp oil
1 red & 1 green pepper
1/2 c ketchup
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1tsp soy sauce
1 tsp cornstarch
1/4 c pineapple juice
1c pineapple cubes

Instruction:
1. Chop red and green pepper
2. Press tofu to remove water.
3. Cook tofu until both sides are golden brown. Remove tofu from pan. Cook peppers 2 min, pour in sauce cook two more minutes. Add tofu and cook slowly to reduce sauce stirring regularly.

甜酸豆腐
16盎司硬豆腐
4湯匙油
1紅1青椒
1/2 c番茄醬
2湯匙醋
1湯匙糖
1茶匙醬油
1茶匙玉米澱粉
1/4 c鳳梨汁
1杯鳳梨切塊

作法:
1.切紅和青椒
2.將豆腐壓掉水。
3.煎豆腐直到兩面都變成金黃色。取出豆腐。用同樣的鍋炒紅清椒,攪拌2分鐘,然後倒入醬汁煮2分鐘。加入豆腐煮,收汁。
