Taiwanese Braised Pork Belly with Sides! 台灣滷肉,滷豆腐,滷蛋/ 熱炒青江菜

This dish is very common in Taiwan, it’s a traditional family dish. It personally is one of my favorite dishes to make.

**Braised pork belly pot ingredients:
2lb pork belly
5 eggs
6 pieces bean curd tofu
5 cloves garlic
2 star anise
1 tbsp chili sauce
2 green onions
1 spice package
1/2c thick soy sauce
1/4c cup soy sauce
water to cover all ingredients
1/3c sugar,
1/2c cooking wine

**Stir fried Bok Choy
1 bunch of Bok Choy
2 tbsp Cooking Oil
5g Ginger
1tsp Chicken powder,
A pinch of salt
1/3c Water

**Tofu mix:
3 tbsp Thick soy sauce
1 tbsp Sesame oil
Ginger
green onion
Cilantro personal preference.

5粒蒜頭
兩顆八角
一大匙辣椒醬
兩隻蔥
一包滷包
半杯醬油膏
1/4杯醬油
水淹過材料
1/3杯糖
半杯米酒

**炒青江菜
油2 大匙
一把青江菜
薑5克
雞粉1小匙
鹽一點
水1/3 杯

**豆腐乾醬料
3大匙醬油膏
一大匙芝麻油
薑蔥香菜依個人喜好
