Marshmallow Biscuits雪Q餅

These are a very popular snack in Taiwan over the years that people use as gifts to give each other. It’s a little sweet, salty and sour.

Ingredients:
1 stick unsalted butter
285 g marshmallow
450 g Ritz crackers
100 g milk powder
150 g cranberry

Instructions:
1. A double boiler to melt butter. (Turn heat to low after water boil)
2. Pour in marshmallow, stir until smooth.
3. Pour in milk powder, stir until smooth.
4. Pour in cranberry and Ritz cracker. Carefully combine the hot mixture with crackers
coating each one of them.
5. Move the pan from the hot water. Dry the bottom of the pan, make sure no
dripping water.
6. Press mixture into a pan with rolling pin. Flatten and shape the mixture.
Cool completely before cutting into squares.

棉花糖餅乾雪Q餅
這些年來,這些都是台灣地區非常受歡迎的小吃和禮物,有點甜,咸和酸。
材料:
1條無鹽黃油
285克棉花糖
450克麗茲餅乾
100克奶粉
150克蔓越莓
作法:
1.雙鍋融化黃油。 (開水後將熱量調低)
2.倒入棉花糖,攪拌至光滑。
3.倒入奶粉,攪拌至光滑。
4.倒入蔓越莓和麗茲餅乾。小心地將熱混合物與餅乾混合
塗他們每個。
5.將鍋從熱水中移開。擦乾鍋底,確保沒有
滴水。
6.將混合物壓入用擀麵棍桿平。請先完全冷卻,切成正方形之前。
