Cheesecake "is an excellent combination of delicate curd soufflé and shortcrust pastry. The recipe for cottage cheese pie in this preparation consists of vanilla and chocolate curd filling.Ingredients and Process:
First, I prepare the dough.
Sugar 100 g
Flour 180 g
Butter 100 g.
Dip the oil in flour and grate.
I mix all the ingredients until smooth.
I spread 2/3 of the dough into a mold (d18 cm)
I distribute the dough in shape, I press it down, I form the sides.
Next, I prepare the filling
I add 2 eggs to 300 g of cottage cheese.
Sugar 70 g
Vanilla sugar 8-10 g, a pinch of salt.
Starch 15 g (1 tablespoon)
Sour cream 50 gBeat with a blender until smooth
I divide the filling into 2 even parts
I add Cocoa 10 g (1 tablespoon) to one part.
Stir well
I spread the filling in 2 tbsp. in turn.
I shake the shape a little.
Sprinkle with the rest of the dough.
I send to the oven at t = 180C for 40-50 minutes
Sprinkle with icing sugar
