Ingredients and preparation:
100 g raisins and 200 g prunes are filled with water.
I leave it for 10-15 minutes.

I drain the water from the prunes and cut them into small pieces.
In 1 tbsp. add mayonnaise 2 tooth. garlic.
I cover the dish with cling film with a hole for the mold.
I spread a layer of carrots.
I spread a layer of raisins.
I dress with mayonnaise.
I spread a layer of cheese.
Lubricate with mayonnaise and garlic.
I spread a layer of prunes.
I dress with mayonnaise.Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
I dress with mayonnaise.
I spread a layer of beets.
I dress with mayonnaise.
Cover with foil and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
I cut a long tape around the boiled beets.
I twist the flower.
Taking off the culinary ring.
Lubricate the sides with mayonnaise.
Cover the sides and top with a thin layer of grated beets.
