This year I followed the directions of Smoky Ribs Youtube video on frying a turkey. The cajun injection sauce is out of this world. It was the best Deep Fried Turkey I have even tasted. Thanks to Da Man Rus Jones! Here's his Channel if you want the best unique cooking videos around.
