The message is a bit longer than normal, because this is a compilation of assorted segments from previous videos that ended up on the cutting room floor in the studio.

I considered that I assembled the tail-ends of these clips together and see if I could make it work as a package...I like it~!

Yes...there are a lot of "Politics" in the Housekeeping Department. When you have that many lives crossing in the arena of a Hotel...well, things have to be handled just right to keep everybody's mind moving forward in a positive and productive manner.

As far as I know, this is the only such information available on the web.

This is real life situations we discuss and we break down the essence of what is important in order to have a "Peaceful" Housekeeping environment.

One must have a "Deeper Soul" to be an Executive Housekeeper, greater intuition, greater sensitivity and one must be able to "Reinvent" the Department at will on zero notice. You must be a "Creator" in order to successfully run a Housekeeping Department.
