Cockcroft-Walton 12kV generator to turn Hamilton Flywheel

I made a high voltage generator with Cockcroft-Walton circuit for my science class. The detail, including the schematic, was published on Japanese Hobby magazine, DENSHI KOSAKU MAGAZINE, at Sept. 19 in 2012. Since the main purpose is to show a little thunder in front of children, the voltage is 12000V or around, cause the current is really a matter of clear sparking and the sound, Yet I wondered whether or not the voltage ould turn Hamilton Flywheel.
