There are 3 keys to remember...

1)....See the property through the guest eyes.

2)...A guest dons't know what their looking at...but they see it~!

3)..."Clean"; is defined as a "Lack of evidence that anyone has been in this hotel room before".

4)...Never let a guest see something that they can't get over.

Have a plan and train your staff to be vigilant and maintain order and cleanliness in Hallways and other guest areas while they are working.

Guests are examining your hallways as they walk and are already making decisions about the cost per value that they are expecting to receive.

Perceptions are important as well as first impressions. This message sheds light on some mistakes that must be avoided in Hallways.
