Maple sausage

Rumble This was the left over from a bacon side and pork scrap from butchering half a pig. I did 20# in Sweet Italian brats, coming in another video and this was the 13# left over after that. This is a supposed Jimmy Dean maple sausage clone recipe I was suggested to try. I’ll have to report back more on that later, but the fry test was pretty good.
