Garlic Harvest from $2 worth of Grocery Store Garlic

This was our first time harvesting garlic. I should point out, we planted late and did not really know what we were doing. You should plant garlic out in the fall/early winter. We did not, but still wanted garlic, so here it is.

When you aren't sure what to do, just do it and learn as you go. I of course try to learn what I need to do, but last fall, I wasn't thinking about this summer. So this spring, when I was thinking about growing garlic, I found out I was several months behind, but I still got some garlic. Not any show stoppers, but I took a few whole heads of garlic for a couple of bucks, and grew 5-10 times that.
