This is One of my favorite stretches. I sped up the video to keep it short. Anytime you stretch you want the movement to be slow and controlled. The tempo of your movement can be a 2/2, a 3/3, or a 4/4 count.
The higher your arm moves above your waist the greater you’re going to feel the pull.
Recommended 5-10 repetitions daily for the best results.
