Qapla' all. Star Trek Discovery AKA STD Season 3 has begun and the long awaited first episode dropped just hours ago. The episode, even with credits and preview is less than 40 minutes long but I have plenty to say about this dark look at the far future of the Star Trek Universe. This serves as both my first reaction and review of the episode, and yes, it is full of spoilers so beware. Michael Burnham has landed in the 32nd century... Specially the year 3188. What have Alex Kurtzman and Michelle Paradise dreamt up for us? Andorians, Orions, and Space Worms... Oh my!
