This is a longer video, but you get a good idea of the workouts I'm doing this week. This one I stick to 3x 10 & 12 rep cycles. Been focusing on my upper body here at home. I do legs at work for now... maybe I'll try to film one of those sessions.
Next week I'm going to be trying out new forms and maybe go back to the chicken/ broccoli diet as I'm still fighting the flab around my waist and glutes.
