• This sculpture project was created using the following items:
• Gray Modeling Clay
• Acrylic Paints (Liquitex, Winsor and Newton, and Grumbacher)
• Artist Loft Brushes
• Black Charcoal Pencil (Any brand of charcoal pencil should work for this project)
• Clear Fixative Spray

The Steps:
•I first removed the clay from the package and formed it into the shapes that I wanted to replicate.
•After it was molded and placed together and was completely dry, I primed the surface with thick acrylic paint(Green Winsor and Newton paint). When the Green Winsor paint(which I used as a primer) was dry, I continued to paint the sculpture varied tones/tints of green.
• At this point, I used a Black Charcoal Pencil with water to give the cat a little more visual texture. The bottom was flat, so I took the top cap of one of my acrylic paint containers and rolled it intermittently around the base edges to give the base texture too.
•The last part was to add the clear fixative and set it to dry.
It took me about three days to complete this project.
