Quebec IGA grocery stores are offering customers a way to save money and save food that would otherwise be wasted. Food waste is a huge problem in Canada and it's exciting to know that large companies are starting to hold themselves accountable for their impact. The FoodHero app that is now being offered by nearly 200 IGA stores across Quebec is a perfect example of this kind of action, showing yet again that IGA is determined to be at the front of the pack when it comes to reducing their carbon footprint.
