Hebrews Chapter 6 - Security in God's Promise

This is an expository study of Hebrews Chapter 6. In this Chapter, the author presents a stern warning to true Christians that we absolutely need to hear. We also take a tangent and look at the parable of the prodigal son. While we look at the parable, we will see how it applies to Christians. This parable supports the interpretation of this very stern warning in Hebrews Chapter 6.
After this stern warning the author then finishes Chapter 6 with an encouraging fact that God’s Promise of Rest is eternally secure. He shows us when and how the Promise was secured. This is why we can all be assured and confident in God’s Promise of Rest.
