Vampire Diaries • Mystic Grill • Covington, GA • Greensboro Gaol

In this episode, we traveled to Covington, Ga, home of Mystic Falls, the mythical town featured in the long-running show Vampire Diaries.
We ate at the legendary Mystic Grill and toured the town to check out some of the filming locations for the show. Both of us really enjoyed Covington. The town was beautiful and the people were friendly, but that food at the Mystic Grill alone, makes Covington worth checking out.

After that, we moved on to Greensboro, Ga to check out the old Greene County Gaol. It's got some creepy history and the overall vibe is very horror movie-ish. Everything was closed when we came through so we didn't get much opportunity to really explore, but it's somewhere I'd be more than willing to take another day trip back to.
