Winter storm warnings and winter weather advisories will be expiring this evening as the long duration snowstorm exits our area. Lakeshore flooding will also cease as winds turn to the north tonight and then to the northwest tomorrow. Snowfall accumulations were the highest in Door County and the Northwoods with some spots picking up over a foot of snow. Tonight, light snow showers or flurries early, then turning dry as skies begin to break to partly cloudy. Winds will be out of the north around 10-15 mph. Temperatures will fall into the lower 20s. Monday, the sunshine will return but the temperatures will likely remain below freezing. Winds will be out of the northwest around 5 to 10 mph. A weak clipper will pass through the Midwest Tuesday, there could be some flurries or a passing snow shower. Temperatures in the afternoon will climb into the lower to mid 30s. A dry stretch of weather carries over into the weekend with no snow or rain currently anticipated.
