Travelling rainbow bridge in town for BLINK highlights LGBTQ issues

BLINK will be filled with dozens of new eye-catching displays but this year, a giant rainbow covered in more than 25,000 lights will be a shining symbol of unity and Cincinnati's growing LGBTQ community.
