Detroit Police Commissioners approve use of facial recognition software

The former site of the Pontiac Silverdome may become home to Amazon. The online retailer presented a site plan to build on the 127-acre site during a special meeting of the Pontiac Planning Commission. If the $250 million development is built, it would create an estimated 1,500 full-time jobs.
