Big Tech Denying Facial Recognition Software to Police

Microsoft, Amazon, and IBM have announced that they will no longer be selling facial recognition software to local police departments. This sounds positive on the surface, as it makes it harder for authorities to track the movements of individuals, but in reality it is just a cheap ploy by these companies to show how not-racist they are. These companies in no way are trying to protect the privacy of Americans.
