Rules aren’t there to be broken, you know. Especially the laws that govern the participants in traffic. If the light is red, it means to stay put. If the line is slow, do not rush. This truck gets a dose of instant justice when it decides to use the shoulder to bypass traffic. The driver didn’t realize that the police was driving right behind him when he decided to take the turn, so he got a not so pleasant surprise, and after that probably a little gift from the police.
