Police investigating homicide in West End

Someone shot and killed a man in the West End Tuesday morning, according to Lt. Steve Saunders. The suspect shot a man, who was in his 20s, near Linn and Clark Streets, Saunders said. The victim died on the way to the hospital. Police reopened Linn Street between Court Street and Ezzard Charles Drive at about 12:20 p.m.
