Lori Loughlin and husband Mossimo Giannulli were offered plea deal for their alleged roles in the college admission scandal. According to Extra, they didn’t take the plea deal and plead guilty like other people involved. A source told People magazine that Loughlin was concerned about how pleading guilty may affect her daughters. But now the parents are being charged with a worse indictment and could face up to 40 years in prison.
