Regular Squat Form Is NOT For Everyone

Most people do well squatting slightly more than shoulder width apart, but not everybody. For myself and others I've trained, they feel too much adductor/groin during the squat or thats what is most sore after. You can reduce adductor activation by strengthening the glutes and glute medius, but that still won't completely remedy things for everyone. Some people will be able to fix the issue and use their quads more with a shoulder width or slightly more narrow stance. This can also allow for the knee to travel forward easier, which also emphasizes knee extension- aka quads. Give it a shot. Message me on Insta for specific questions!
