Better Angles = Greater Bicep Torque

This is one of the most overlooked curls tip. Most times I see people doing curls, their elbow position is too far behind them, which takes away a lot of torque (good tension that you want) on the bicep, especially in the lengthened part of the range. The simplest and best method used is set up for curls is to have your arms straight with a dumbbell resting against your thigh and make sure to glue the elbows there when you're curling up and down . Don't let them move forward or back because this would be using your shoulder if the elbows do move forward or back. You'll be able to use less weight and have more effective reps for your biceps.
