BAKING SODA 1/4 TSP. SALT 1 TSP. VANILLA 2 1/2 CUPS ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR (WHITE-LILY) 1 CUP QUICK OATMEAL (NOT OLD FASHIONED) 1/2 BAG SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS 1/2 BAG MINI SEMI-SWEET CHOC. CHIPS 1 CUP CHOPPED PECANS Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Using an electric mixer and mixing bowl, mix butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs. Add soda, salt, and vanilla. This is part of changing our diets to include less processed foods. These Gingerbread Blossom Cookies are the perfect holiday or special treat. Beautiful to look at, and taste fantastic. No one will ever know they are made with Fresh Milled Flour. Fresh Milled Soft White Wheat Flour 360 grams - set off to the side 2/3 cup (129g) brown sugar 3/4 cup (170g) soft butter. **Cream together for two minutes 1 egg **Mix well 1 tsp. (5g) vanilla extract **Mix well 1 1/2 tsp (5g) ground ginger 2 tsp. (7g) ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp. (1g) ground nutmeg 1/4 tsp. (1g) ground cloves 1 tsp. (4g) baking soda 1/2-1 tsp (3-4g) baking powder 1/2 tsp. (3g) salt **Mix 1/2 cup (130g) molasses **Mix Add the flour slowly. **Scoop into a ball form and roll in cane/white sugar. Place all of the rounded and sugared cookie balls in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to overnight. Make sure they are covered so they don't dry out. **Bake at 350ºF/175ºC for 8-10 minutes. Allow them to cool on the baking sheet two minutes then place a Hershey's Hug in the center of each cookie. The remaining heat from the cookies will melt the hug and it will be affixed to the cookie These freeze well for up to three months

Meatball and Potato Stew Ingredients For the meatballs 1 lb ground beef 1/2 onion, grated 1 egg, beaten 1/3 cup Panko breadcrumbs 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 onion, sliced 4 garlic cloves, minced 2 large Roma tomatoes, diced 2 teaspoons paprika 2 cups chicken broth 1 1/4-1 1/2 lbs gold potatoes , cut into small chunks Directions Preheat oven to 400° . Combine all of the meatball ingredients together in a bowl. Roll mixture into 1 1/2 inch meatballs, about 12 meatballs total. Place meatballs onto a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, while the meatballs are baking. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, season with salt, cover and cook for 3 minutes. Uncover and mash tomatoes with a spatula. Add chicken broth and potatoes and season well with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then lower heat to medium low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Friday night means fajita date night with Taylor. Watch as she whips up flavorful steak fajitas in under ten minutes, complete with sizzling veggies and all the fixings. A quick, easy, and delicious meal perfect for a cozy night in. Date Night Fajitas: https://blackstoneproducts.com/blogs/recipes/date-night-fajitas Ingredients 1 ½ lbs skirt steak, sliced into thin strips 1 sweet onion, sliced 1 green bell pepper, sliced 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced 1 red bell pepper, sliced 1 taco seasoning packet Avocado oil Greek yogurt (or sour cream) Guacamole Shredded lettuce 1 lime, cut into wedges Directions 1. Turn your griddle to high heat. Place a cast iron skillet on top so both heat up together until very hot. 2. Slice all vegetables and place them in a bowl. Drizzle with avocado oil and sprinkle in half of the taco seasoning. Toss until evenly coated. 3. In a separate bowl, combine the sliced skirt steak with the remaining taco seasoning. Mix until all pieces are well coated. 4. On the hot griddle, add a drizzle of oil and the seasoned veggies. Sauté for 2–3 minutes without stirring to get a nice sear, then toss and cook for another couple of minutes until slightly softened. 5. On the other side of the griddle, spread the steak strips in a single layer so each piece makes full contact with the surface. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until nicely browned and crisp on the edges. 6. Mix the cooked veggies and steak together on the griddle. Let them sit together for 1–2 minutes to meld the flavors. 7. Move the fajita mixture to one side of the griddle. Add a splash of water to clean the surface, scraping any bits into the trough. Warm tortillas in the center of the griddle for about 1 minute per side, then transfer them to a plate. 8. Once the cast iron skillets are piping hot (a few drops of water should instantly steam), divide the fajita mixture evenly between them. 9. Arrange Greek yogurt, guacamole, shredded lettuce, and lime wedges in small bowls for serving. 10. Assemble your own fajitas and enjoy your date night! Simple and sweet, this 5 ingredient apple crumble recipe is an easy to make vegan fall treat. Ingredients 6 apples (you can use any apples you prefer) 3/4 cup of coconut sugar 1/4 cup of water 1 cup of oat flour 1/4 cup of vegan butter Directions 1. Preheat oven to 375F. 2. Peel and slice apples into small pieces, removing the cores and seeds. Heat a large frying pan to medium heat and add in apple pieces. Add in 1/2 cup of coconut sugar and water. Mix well and cook for approximately 20 minutes, or until the apples begin to soften and turn slightly brown. 3. While apples are cooking, add oat flour, 1/4 cup of coconut sugar and vegan butter to a bowl. Mix until the oat flour becomes crumbly and has a bread crumb like texture. 4. Once apples are done, carefully add the to a pie or casserole dish. Sprinkle with oat flour crumble. 5. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. 6. Serve and enjoy! After picking up fresh roasted Pueblo chilies, he shows how to turn them into a smoky, flavorful masterpiece right on the griddle. Set your Blackstone griddle to high heat. 2. Spread mayonnaise on the inside of each brioche bun. 3. Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions (about 2–3 oz each) and roll into balls. 4. Lightly oil the griddle, then place the meatballs on top. 5. Using a burger press or sturdy spatula with parchment paper between the tool and meat, firmly smash each ball into a thin patty. 6. Season with SPG (or salt, pepper, and garlic). 7. Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until well browned and cooked through. 8. During the last minute, top each patty with a slice of smokehouse cheddar. Pancake Tacos: https://blackstoneproducts.com/blogs/recipes/pancake-tacos Ingredients Pancake Tacos: 2 (4 oz) packages pre-diced pancetta 2 cups pancake mix (follow box directions or see below for Kodiak mix recipe) 1 cup water 1 cup milk 2 tbsp salted butter Whipped cream Maple syrup Confectioners’ sugar Peach Compote: 1 stick salted butter 4 tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 peach, diced (leave the skin on) 1 tsp arrowroot powder or cornstarch Avocado oil Directions 1. Preheat the griddle to medium-high heat. Place a small pot on the back corner of the griddle to preheat. 2. Add the pancetta to the griddle and sauté for about 2 minutes, tossing occasionally. Continue cooking until the pancetta is fully crisp and golden, then remove it from the griddle and set aside. 3. Dice the peach into small pieces, leaving the skin on. 4. Once the pot is heated, add the butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract to start the peach compote. 5. Add a small amount of avocado oil to the griddle and sauté the diced peaches over medium heat for 3–4 minutes, tossing halfway through to allow the natural sugars to caramelize. 6. Transfer the sautéed peaches to the pot with the butter mixture and stir to combine. In a small bowl, mix the arrowroot or cornstarch with an equal amount of water to make a slurry, then slowly whisk it into the pot until the compote thickens. Keep warm on low heat. 7. In a medium bowl, combine the pancake mix, water, and milk, and stir until smooth. 8. Lower the griddle heat to medium-low. Melt the butter on the surface and pour small amounts of pancake batter to form mini pancakes that will act as taco shells. 9. Cook the pancakes for 2–3 minutes or until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown. 10. Remove the pancakes from the griddle and place them in a taco holder so they fold in half while still warm. 11. Fill each pancake taco with a spoonful of peach compote and a handful of crispy pancetta. 12. Top each with whipped cream, a sprinkle of confectioners’ sugar, and a drizzle of maple syrup. 13. Stovetop Skillet Pizza Ingredients: 250 gr Flour 1/4 tsp Salt 1 tsp Italian Seasoning 2 tsp Baking Powder 150 ml cold Water Oil Topping: Pizza Sauce Cheddar Cheese, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, shredded 1/4 Red Onion, sliced 1 Sweet Pepper, sliced 2-3 Honey Ham Slices, diced 2 Green Onions, chopped Pour Flour, Salt, Italian Seasoning, Baking Powder on Table. Make a well and fill with Water. Use a fork and slowly work everything together. Knead long enough until the Dough comes together. Form a ball & set aside. On high heat, add 1 tbsp Oil to large Skillet. Sauté Red Onion & Sweet Pepper, season with Salt & Italian Seasoning, set aside. Press and form the Dough out to approx. 10" In same Skillet on med/high heat add a little Oil. Place Dough in Skillet and cover. Cook until golden & bubbles. Flip the Crust over. Preheat the griddle to medium-high and drizzle with avocado oil. 2. Add the broccoli, zucchini, tomatoes, and onion to the griddle. Season with oregano, paprika, and Mrs. Dash, then splash with water to steam and toss well. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5–8 minutes. 3. On the other side of the griddle, drizzle oil and spread evenly. Place a sheet of parchment paper on top, drizzle a little more oil, and lay the fish filets on the parchment. Season with paprika, pepper, and Mrs. Dash. 4. Cook the fish for 2–3 minutes per side, flipping carefully until cooked through. 5. In the center of the griddle, add the rice with a splash of water. Toss gently and allow it to steam until warmed. 6. Assemble the dish by layering rice first, followed by vegetables, then cod. 7. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve immediately or pack into a to-go container. Mandarin Orange Chocolate Chip Muffins Ingredients: 1 cup Mandarin Oranges (reserve some Syrup) 12 Mandarin Orange Segments 3/4 cup semisweet Chocolate Chips 48 semisweet Chocolate Chips 1-3/4 cups Flour 1-1/2 tsp Baking Powder 3/4 tsp Nutmeg 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 cup Butter, soft 2/3 cup Sugar 2 Eggs, roomtemp 2 tsp Mandarin Orange Syrup 6 oz Sour Cream Turbinado Sugar to sprinkle Preheat Oven 425°F Line Tin with Muffin Liners. Combine Flour, Baking Powder, Nutmeg, Baking Soda & Salt. Whisk well, set aside. Cream together Butter and Sugar. Add Eggs one at a time, Syrup and Sour Cream. Scrape down sides of bowl. Incorporate Flour Mixture in batches. Scrape down sides of bowl. Fold in 3/4 cup Chocolate Chips & 1 cup Mandarin Oranges. Equally fill Muffin Liners with Batter. Top each with a Mandarin Orange Segment & remaining Chocolate Chips. Sprinkle with Turbinado Sugar. Bake 5 Minutes, lower heat to 375°F. Continue baking 20-22 Minutes or until tester comes out clean. This time he’s making French toast egg-in-a-hole with thick brioche, cinnamon, and a golden fried egg right on the Blackstone. A quick and delicious recipe perfect for fueling up before a day outdoors. Pat the chicken thighs dry and season with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. 2. Sweet and Simple Stir Fry: https://blackstoneproducts.com/blogs/recipes/sweet-and-simple-stir-fry Ingredients Cooking oil 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs ¾ cup teriyaki sauce 2 Tbsp garlic paste or several cloves garlic, minced 1 cup red bell pepper, sliced 1 cup green bell pepper, sliced 1 cup onion, sliced 2 cups zucchini, sliced 1 cup coleslaw mix ½ cup carrots, shredded 1–2 lbs stir-fry noodles (recommended: Ka'Me Udon Stir-Fry Noodles) Salt and black pepper, to taste Garnish Fresh cilantro, chopped Sriracha hot sauce Sesame seeds Directions 1. Place the chicken pieces in a resealable bag with ¾ cup teriyaki sauce and garlic. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours. 2. Preheat the Blackstone griddle on high heat. 3. Drizzle oil onto the hot griddle and spread it evenly. Add the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until it is about three-quarters done, then push it to one side. 4. Add a little more oil to the other side of the griddle. Add the red pepper, green pepper, onion, zucchini, coleslaw mix, and carrots. Stir and cook until the vegetables begin to soften. 5. Mix the chicken and vegetables together on the griddle and continue cooking, stirring often, so everything cooks evenly without burning. 6. Add the noodles and toss them with the chicken and vegetables. Season with salt and black pepper, and mix well. 7. Drizzle with extra teriyaki sauce, stir to coat, and cook for another minute. 8. Preheat the griddle on high heat and lightly coat it with avocado oil. Drizzle avocado oil over the T-bone and rub half of the onion soup mix onto both sides of the meat, saving the rest for the vegetables. 2. Place the steak face side down on the griddle and add slices of butter around it so the butter bastes and crisps the meat. This Fruit Salad is a mix of fresh Fruits, tossed with a Lime Honey Dressing. A refreshing Appetizer, Side Dish, Dessert or Picnic Item. Fruit Salad Ingredients: 2 cups Cherries 2 cups Strawberries 1-2 cups Kiwi 3 cups Watermelon (Cubes) 3 cups Cantaloupe (Pieces) 3 cups Plums 3 cups Pears (Pieces) Juice of large Lime Zest of a Lime 1-2 tsp Honey Combine Lime Juice, Zest and Honey. (add more Honey if you like it sweeter) Whisk well, set aside. (Note: Cut the Fruits in approx. the same size.) Peel and slice Kiwis. Remove Watermelon Rind and cut in Cubes. Remove green Parts of Strawberries and cut in half or quarters. Remove Pits from Cherries. Remove Stones from Plums and cut in Pieces. Remove Seeds and Rind from Cantaloupe and cut in Pieces. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to low heat and drizzle a little cooking oil, spreading it evenly across the surface. 2. Place the bacon on the griddle, press it down with a bacon press, and flip it often to cook evenly without burning. Remove once done and cut each slice in half. 3. Divide the sausage into two 6-ounce patties and cook them on the griddle. Flip once the first side is seared and continue cooking. 4. Crack the eggs into a bowl, whisk them with the heavy whipping cream, and season with SPG. Pour the mixture into a large silicone omelet ring on the griddle and cook until nearly set. Fold the omelet into thirds and cut it into two pieces. 5. Place the croissant bread slices on the griddle, toast until lightly browned on both sides, then remove. 6.
