I just watched Asmongold’s video “What the f*ck is Twitch doing..”, and it’s outrageous. Twitch promoted a stream with a roleplaying furry in diapers on their front page, essentially broadcasting f**ish content to the world — including kids. How did that get approved? And why did they let it stay?

When Twitch chooses to promote something on the front page, it signals acceptance. Allowing this kind of content there shows a serious lapse in judgment or policy.
The platform design allows minors to browse general content; they may stumble into the front page or “recommended” streams with no barriers.
Twitch bans or restricts some content creators for minor nudity, costume, or ambiguous violation, but tolerates this extreme content when it’s in their spotlight.
That double standard shows profit or visibility incentives outweigh safety or ethical consistency.
Bloomberg documented how Twitch’s design enables predators to monitor child streamers or chat with them.
If Twitch can’t guarantee basic protection, how dare they elevate explicit content?
Twitch should have a “safe front page” policy — nothing borderline or sexualized should make it.
All “featured” or “spotlight” streams must pass human review, not algorithmic or automated promotion.
Viewers should report aggressively and publicly demand accountability.
