Date Night Fajitas: https://blackstoneproducts.com/blogs/recipes/date-night-fajitas Ingredients 1 ½ lbs skirt steak, sliced into thin strips 1 sweet onion, sliced 1 green bell pepper, sliced 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced 1 red bell pepper, sliced 1 taco seasoning packet Avocado oil Greek yogurt (or sour cream) Guacamole Shredded lettuce 1 lime, cut into wedges Directions 1. Turn your griddle to high heat. Place a cast iron skillet on top so both heat up together until very hot. 2. Slice all vegetables and place them in a bowl. Drizzle with avocado oil and sprinkle in half of the taco seasoning. Toss until evenly coated. 3. In a separate bowl, combine the sliced skirt steak with the remaining taco seasoning. Mix until all pieces are well coated. 4. On the hot griddle, add a drizzle of oil and the seasoned veggies. Sauté for 2–3 minutes without stirring to get a nice sear, then toss and cook for another couple of minutes until slightly softened. 5. On the other side of the griddle, spread the steak strips in a single layer so each piece makes full contact with the surface. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until nicely browned and crisp on the edges. 6. Mix the cooked veggies and steak together on the griddle. Let them sit together for 1–2 minutes to meld the flavors. 7. Move the fajita mixture to one side of the griddle. Add a splash of water to clean the surface, scraping any bits into the trough. Warm tortillas in the center of the griddle for about 1 minute per side, then transfer them to a plate. 8. Once the cast iron skillets are piping hot (a few drops of water should instantly steam), divide the fajita mixture evenly between them. 9. Simple and sweet, this 5 ingredient apple crumble recipe is an easy to make vegan fall treat. Ingredients 6 apples (you can use any apples you prefer) 3/4 cup of coconut sugar 1/4 cup of water 1 cup of oat flour 1/4 cup of vegan butter Directions 1. Preheat oven to 375F. 2. Peel and slice apples into small pieces, removing the cores and seeds. Heat a large frying pan to medium heat and add in apple pieces. Add in 1/2 cup of coconut sugar and water. Mix well and cook for approximately 20 minutes, or until the apples begin to soften and turn slightly brown. 3. While apples are cooking, add oat flour, 1/4 cup of coconut sugar and vegan butter to a bowl. Mix until the oat flour becomes crumbly and has a bread crumb like texture. 4. Once apples are done, carefully add the to a pie or casserole dish. Sprinkle with oat flour crumble. 5. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. 6. Serve and enjoy! After picking up fresh roasted Pueblo chilies, he shows how to turn them into a smoky, flavorful masterpiece right on the griddle. Set your Blackstone griddle to high heat. 2. Spread mayonnaise on the inside of each brioche bun. 3. Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions (about 2–3 oz each) and roll into balls. 4. Lightly oil the griddle, then place the meatballs on top. 5. Using a burger press or sturdy spatula with parchment paper between the tool and meat, firmly smash each ball into a thin patty. 6. Season with SPG (or salt, pepper, and garlic). 7. Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until well browned and cooked through. 8. During the last minute, top each patty with a slice of smokehouse cheddar. Remove from heat once melted. 9. Place the roasted green chiles on the griddle for a minute or two to heat through. 10. Spray four Blackstone egg rings with nonstick spray. Crack one egg into each and cook sunny-side up, leaving the yolk runny. 11. Place the buns mayo-side down on the griddle until golden. 12. Remove and spread a bit more mayo on the toasted sides. 13. Taylor whips up the ultimate brunch upgrade with pancake tacos filled with peaches, pancetta, and a buttery brown sugar compote. Sweet, salty, and made in under ten minutes, this creative twist is perfect for impressing guests at your next brunch. Pancake Tacos: https://blackstoneproducts.com/blogs/recipes/pancake-tacos Ingredients Pancake Tacos: 2 (4 oz) packages pre-diced pancetta 2 cups pancake mix (follow box directions or see below for Kodiak mix recipe) 1 cup water 1 cup milk 2 tbsp salted butter Whipped cream Maple syrup Confectioners’ sugar Peach Compote: 1 stick salted butter 4 tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 peach, diced (leave the skin on) 1 tsp arrowroot powder or cornstarch Avocado oil Directions 1. Preheat the griddle to medium-high heat. Place a small pot on the back corner of the griddle to preheat. 2. Add the pancetta to the griddle and sauté for about 2 minutes, tossing occasionally. Continue cooking until the pancetta is fully crisp and golden, then remove it from the griddle and set aside. 3. Dice the peach into small pieces, leaving the skin on. 4. Once the pot is heated, add the butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract to start the peach compote. 5. Add a small amount of avocado oil to the griddle and sauté the diced peaches over medium heat for 3–4 minutes, tossing halfway through to allow the natural sugars to caramelize. 6. Transfer the sautéed peaches to the pot with the butter mixture and stir to combine. In a small bowl, mix the arrowroot or cornstarch with an equal amount of water to make a slurry, then slowly whisk it into the pot until the compote thickens. Keep warm on low heat. 7. In a medium bowl, combine the pancake mix, water, and milk, and stir until smooth. 8. Lower the griddle heat to medium-low. Melt the butter on the surface and pour small amounts of pancake batter to form mini pancakes that will act as taco shells. 9. Cook the pancakes for 2–3 minutes or until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown. 10. Remove the pancakes from the griddle and place them in a taco holder so they fold in half while still warm. 11. Fill each pancake taco with a spoonful of peach compote and a handful of crispy pancetta. 12. Top each with whipped cream, a sprinkle of confectioners’ sugar, and a drizzle of maple syrup. 13. Serve immediately and enjoy! Preheat your Blackstone griddle to low heat. 2. Drizzle cooking oil on the griddle, add the minced garlic, and stir while it heats until fragrant. 3. Increase the heat to medium-high, add the chorizo, and cook until fully browned. Remove from the griddle and set aside. 4. Reduce the griddle to low heat, place the tortillas on the surface, flip once, and cook until lightly browned and warmed through. Remove from the heat. 5. Spread refried beans over each tortilla, then top with cooked chorizo and both shredded cheeses. Drizzle a small amount of water on the griddle and cover the pizzas with a lid or basting dome for a few minutes to melt the cheese. 6. Turn off the heat and add shredded lettuce, diced tomato, cilantro, and crumbled queso fresco. Drizzle with crema and hot sauce, then sprinkle with Blackstone Street Taco seasoning. 7. This astonishing Stovetop Skillet Pizza is so fast & easy to make, top it with your favorite Toppings or use our Recipe. Great for Lunch or Dinner with a Salad on the side. Stovetop Skillet Pizza Ingredients: 250 gr Flour 1/4 tsp Salt 1 tsp Italian Seasoning 2 tsp Baking Powder 150 ml cold Water Oil Topping: Pizza Sauce Cheddar Cheese, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, shredded 1/4 Red Onion, sliced 1 Sweet Pepper, sliced 2-3 Honey Ham Slices, diced 2 Green Onions, chopped Pour Flour, Salt, Italian Seasoning, Baking Powder on Table. Make a well and fill with Water. Use a fork and slowly work everything together. Knead long enough until the Dough comes together. Form a ball & set aside. On high heat, add 1 tbsp Oil to large Skillet. Sauté Red Onion & Sweet Pepper, season with Salt & Italian Seasoning, set aside. Press and form the Dough out to approx. 10" In same Skillet on med/high heat add a little Oil. Place Dough in Skillet and cover. Cook until golden & bubbles. Flip the Crust over. Top with Pizza Sauce, Cheddar Cheese, Onion/ Sweet Pepper, Ham and Mozzarella Cheese. Cover with Lid and cook on med heat until bottom is cooked thru & crisp. Remove Lid and sprinkle with Green Onions. Enjoy!

This is our way of making delectable baked Beef Koftas, we serve them with Turmeric Rice, roasted Zucchini and a dipping Sauce. Baked Beef Koftas Ingredients: 1 lb Ground Beef 1/2 tsp Pepper 3/4 tsp Salt 2 tsp Cumin 1 tsp Allspice 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika 1/2 tsp Cinnamon 2-3 tsp Garlic Chili Sauce 1 med Onion, grated/squeezed 3 Garlic Cloves, minced 2/3 cup Parsley or Cilantro, chopped Oil Combine Beef, Pepper, Salt, Cumin, Allspice, Paprika, Cinnamon, Chili Sauce, Onion, Garlic & Parsley. Cover with Plastic Wrap. Refrigerate 30 Minutes to marinate. Preheat Oven 450°F Line Baking Sheet with Foil & coat lightly with Oil. Divide Meat Mixture in 6 Portion. Shape in Koftas and place on Baking Sheet. Bake 10-12 Minutes or internal Temp is 160°-165°F Enjoy!

Watermelon Slushy Ingredients: 4-5 cups Watermelon Chunks, frozen (best overnight) Juice of 1/2 Lemon Pinch of Salt 2 tbs Maple Syrup (more or less to your liking) 1/2 -1 cup Ice cold Water, or as needed Remove rind from Watermelon, cut in Chunks. Freeze best overnight. Blend portion of Watermelon, Lemon Juice, Salt and Maple Syrup. Add Water and blend again. Sweet and Simple Stir Fry: https://blackstoneproducts.com/blogs/recipes/sweet-and-simple-stir-fry Ingredients Cooking oil 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs ¾ cup teriyaki sauce 2 Tbsp garlic paste or several cloves garlic, minced 1 cup red bell pepper, sliced 1 cup green bell pepper, sliced 1 cup onion, sliced 2 cups zucchini, sliced 1 cup coleslaw mix ½ cup carrots, shredded 1–2 lbs stir-fry noodles (recommended: Ka'Me Udon Stir-Fry Noodles) Salt and black pepper, to taste Garnish Fresh cilantro, chopped Sriracha hot sauce Sesame seeds Directions 1. Place the chicken pieces in a resealable bag with ¾ cup teriyaki sauce and garlic. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours. 2. Preheat the Blackstone griddle on high heat. 3. Drizzle oil onto the hot griddle and spread it evenly. Add the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until it is about three-quarters done, then push it to one side. 4. Add a little more oil to the other side of the griddle. Add the red pepper, green pepper, onion, zucchini, coleslaw mix, and carrots. Stir and cook until the vegetables begin to soften. 5. Mix the chicken and vegetables together on the griddle and continue cooking, stirring often, so everything cooks evenly without burning. 6. Preheat the griddle on high heat and lightly coat it with avocado oil. Drizzle avocado oil over the T-bone and rub half of the onion soup mix onto both sides of the meat, saving the rest for the vegetables. 2. Place the steak face side down on the griddle and add slices of butter around it so the butter bastes and crisps the meat. Cook for about 6 minutes, adjusting the time depending on your preferred doneness. 3. On another section of the griddle set to medium-high, cook the onions and mushrooms with 3 tablespoons of butter, the remaining onion soup mix, and a drizzle of avocado oil. Stir and let them cook until browned and crisp, about 5 minutes. 4. Flip the steak, add more slices of butter around it, and cook for another 5–6 minutes or until it reaches your desired internal temperature. 5. Toss the vegetables again, then stand the steak upright on its sides to render the fat, holding each edge for 30 seconds to 1 minute. 6. Pour half of the beef broth over the vegetables and toss well. Pour the rest of the broth over the steak. 7. Place the cheese slices on the steak and cover it with a dome until the cheese melts, about 30 seconds to 1 minute. 8. Transfer the steak to a plate and spoon the vegetables on top. 9. Sprinkle with crispy onion straws and chopped parsley, then serve immediately with a glass of cabernet or chianti. This Fruit Salad is a mix of fresh Fruits, tossed with a Lime Honey Dressing. A refreshing Appetizer, Side Dish, Dessert or Picnic Item. Fruit Salad Ingredients: 2 cups Cherries 2 cups Strawberries 1-2 cups Kiwi 3 cups Watermelon (Cubes) 3 cups Cantaloupe (Pieces) 3 cups Plums 3 cups Pears (Pieces) Juice of large Lime Zest of a Lime 1-2 tsp Honey Combine Lime Juice, Zest and Honey. Preheat your griddle or stovetop on high heat. Place the cast iron skillet on top and allow it to heat for 5–6 minutes. Add oil and let it get hot. 2. Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly and place them in a bowl. Pour in enough buttermilk to cover them completely and let them soak briefly. 3. Combine Cookie Butter, Flour and Egg Mixture. Refrigerate 30 Minutes. Preheat Oven 350° F. Line Cookie Sheet with Parchment Paper. Shape 18 equal sized Dough Balls. Coat each Ball with Turbinado Sugar. Place on Cookie Sheet (in batches) & press criss cross flat with fork. Bake 10 Minutes. Rest a few Minutes and cool completely on Wire Rack. Enjoy!

From sizzling sausage to crispy hash browns and perfectly cooked eggs, it's a breakfast made with plenty of flavor and Southern charm. Breakfast Sandwiches: https://blackstoneproducts.com/blogs/recipes/breakfast-sandwiches Ingredients 1 lb breakfast sausage (formed into 4 patties) 4 eggs 1–2 cups frozen hash browns 4 English muffins, split Butter or honey butter Salt and pepper (to taste) Crystal hot sauce (or your favorite hot sauce) Sliced cheese Spicy ketchup Directions 1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat. Place the sausage patties on the hot surface and let them cook for about 45 seconds before flipping. Press them down with a hamburger press if you'd like them thinner. Cook for a total of 6–8 minutes or until well-browned and fully cooked through. 2. Next, add the frozen hash browns to the griddle. Spread them out and let them cook undisturbed so they get crispy. Flip after a few minutes and cook until golden on both sides. Always use frozen hash browns so they don’t fall apart. 3. While everything cooks, butter the English muffins and place them cut-side down on the griddle. Toast until golden brown, then remove and set aside. 4. Crack the eggs onto the griddle, using egg rings if you have them. Break the yolks and season with salt, pepper, and a few drops of hot sauce. Preheat the griddle to high heat. Add the ground chicken and season with ½ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks. 2. On the other side of the griddle, set to medium-high heat, add a drizzle of avocado oil. Add the zucchini, cherry tomatoes, red onion, broccoli, and sweet pepper rings. Toss to combine. 3. Pour ½ to ¾ cup of water over the vegetables to create steam and help them tenderize. For faster cooking, cover with a dome if available. 4. Once the vegetables start softening, add another drizzle of oil along with the smoked paprika, oregano, and the remaining ½ teaspoon of salt and ½ teaspoon of pepper. Heat your Blackstone griddle to high. 2. Drizzle cooking oil over the salmon filet and rub it in. Season with SPG or your salt-pepper-garlic blend. 3. Add a drizzle of cooking oil to the hot griddle and spread evenly. Place the salmon flesh-side down on the griddle. 4. Pour both packages of precooked rice onto the griddle. Add a bit of cooking oil and sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning. Stir occasionally while it heats. 5. Once the salmon is nicely seared, carefully flip it skin-side down. Season again with SPG. Reduce the griddle to low heat and cook until it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). 6. Drizzle more cooking oil onto the griddle. Incorporate Flour Mixture in batches. Fold in Pineapples. Fill prepared Springform with Batter. Bake 50-55 Minutes or until tester comes out clean. Rest 10-15 Minutes before removing Springform & Parchment Paper. Cool completely on Wire Rack. So easy to make delicious Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies filled & topped with Hershey's Chocolates. Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies (22-24) Ingredients: 1 cup Hershey's Chocolate Chunks 1/2 cup Butter, soft 2 Eggs, roomtemp 1 tsp Vanilla 15.25 oz Chocolate Cake or Devils Food Cake Mix 1/2 tsp Baking Powder Glaze: 1 cup Powdered Sugar, sifted 1 tbsp Milk 1 tbsp Butter, melted 1 tsp Vanilla Topping: 6 Hershey's Snack Size Bars, broken up Cream Butter, add one Egg at a time & Vanilla. Incorporate Cake Mix and Baking Powder. Fold in Chocolate Chunks. Cover with Plastic Wrap and refrigerate 60-90 Minutes. Line Cookie Sheet with Parchment Paper. Preheat Oven 350°F Drop spoonful of Dough equally (2") apart on Cookie Sheet. Bake 10-12 Minutes, until set. Rest 2 Minutes on Cookie Sheet. Cool completely on Wire Rack. Combine Powdered Sugar, Vanilla, Butter & Milk, whisk well until smooth & somewhat thick. Spoon Glaze in the middle of each Cookie. Top each Cookie immediately with a Hershey's Piece, let Glaze set. Join the Alligator Man as he fires up the griddle for some next level Cajun hot dogs, stacked with the holy trinity, melty cheese, gator pickles, and all the flavor you can handle. What do you put on your dogs? Cajun Dogs: https://blackstoneproducts.com/blogs/recipes/cajun-dogs Ingredients 4 beef hot dogs 4 hot dog buns 1 tablespoon oil (vegetable or canola) 1 cup of the holy trinity (diced onions, bell peppers, celery) ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese ¼ cup Gator pickles (or any spicy-sweet pickles) Yellow mustard Ketchup Cajun seasoning Directions 1. Get your surface hot and drizzle on the oil. Spread it around good. 2. Throw those hot dogs down and let 'em roll back and forth until they get that golden tan. You want a little char for that extra flavor. 3. On the side of the griddle, toss down your diced onions, peppers, and celery. Let that sizzle until soft and aromatic. Add a sprinkle of Cajun seasoning if you're feeling bold. 4. Form little piles of shredded cheese on the griddle. Let it melt into crispy-edged circles. Cherry Muffins Ingredients: 1-1/4 cups fresh Cherries, pitted/chopped 1-3/4 cups Flour 1/2 cup Butter, soft 3/4 cup Sugar 2 Eggs, roomtemp 1 tsp Vanilla 5 oz. Greek Yogurt 1-1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 tsp Salt Turbinado Sugar, to sprinkle Preheat Oven 425°F Place Muffin Liners in Tin. Combine Flour, Baking Soda, Salt & Baking Powder, whisk well & set aside. Cream together Butter & Sugar. Add Eggs one at a time, Vanilla & Greek Yogurt. Scrape down sides of bowl. Incorporate Flour Mixture in batches. Fold in Cherries. Fill Muffin Liners equally with Batter. Sprinkle lightly with Turbinado Sugar. Bake for 5 Minutes, lower Temperature to 375°F and continue baking until tester comes out clean, 18-20 Minutes. Rest Muffins 2 Minutes in Tin. Cool completely on Wire Rack. Enjoy!

Peanut Dipping Sauce Ingredients: 2/3 cup Creamy Peanut Butter 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar 1-2 tsp Garlic Chili Sauce 1 Garlic Clove, minced 1 tsp Ginger, grated 1 tbsp Lime Juice 2 tbsp Brown Sugar 2-4 tbsp or more Milk (Almond or Coconut) Combine top 8 Ingredients, whisk well. Add gradually enough Milk to get Peanut Sauce to the consistency of your liking. Enjoy!

On another section of the griddle, lay out the bacon strips and cook until crispy. 4. After about 5 minutes, flip the chicken. To ensure it cooks through, place a dome over it and add a splash of water to steam for a couple of minutes. 5. Once the bacon is cooked through and crispy, remove it from the griddle and place it on paper towels to drain excess grease. 6. Use the leftover bacon grease to toast your buns on the griddle for 1–2 minutes or until they’re golden and crispy. 7. Place slices of cheese on the chicken and drizzle with BBQ sauce. Let it melt while the buns finish toasting. 8. Start with a smear of mayo on the bottom bun. Stack the chicken, onions, pickles, a tomato slice, bacon, lettuce, crispy onion straws, and a final drizzle of BBQ sauce. Top with the other half of the bun. 9. Serve immediately while hot and enjoy your delicious homemade sandwich. Pound the chicken breasts using a meat mallet to flatten and even out their thickness. In a bowl, toss the chicken with mayonnaise to coat evenly, then season generously with Blackstone Chicken Griddle Seasoning. Let the chicken marinate for at least 20 minutes or overnight if possible. 2. Preheat your griddle to medium to medium-low heat. On one side, cook the bacon strips slowly until crispy. On the other side, melt the butter and sauté the mushrooms in it until tender and browned. 3. Place the marinated chicken on the griddle and cook for 4–5 minutes per side until fully cooked through. This is a great Breakfast Idea, a scrumptious Butter Croissant Sandwich with Eggs, Brie and Bacon. Breakfast Croissant - Eggs, Brie & Bacon (2) Ingredients: 2 Butter Croissants 4 Eggs Salt to taste Pepper to taste 1 tbs Green Onions, chopped 1 tbsp Butter (more melted Butter to brush) 2 cooked Bacon Strips, cut in half 2 Slices of Brie, cut in half Slice Croissants in half lengthwise. Brush with melted Butter. Lightly toast cut Sides. Combine Eggs, Salt, Pepper & Green Onions. Mix well. Melt Butter in small Skillet on med/high. Pour in Egg Mixture, cover with Lid. Cook until just about to set. Turn down heat to low. Cut Eggs in half, top each side with Brie Slices. Place Bacon Strips on top of Cheese. Cover with Lid until Brie starts to melt. Place each half on a bottom Croissant (Note: if you like some heat add some Spicy Cream Sauce) and cover with top half. Enjoy!

This delicious Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Bread is great for Breakfast, Brunch or bring to a Potluck. Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Bread Ingredients: 3/4 cup creamy Peanut Butter 2 lrg ripe Bananas, mashed 7 oz Chocolate Chips, divided 2 cups Flour 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 tsp Salt 1-1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Cinnamon 3/4 cup Brown Sugar 1/3 cup Oil 1-1/2 tsp Vanilla 2 Eggs, roomtemp 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt Grease & line Loaf Pan (9.25×5.25×2.75) with Parchment Paper. Preheat Oven 350°F Combine Flour, Baking Soda, Salt, Baking Powder & Cinnamon, whisk well and set aside. Mix Brown Sugar & Oil. Add Vanilla and one Egg at a time. Mix in Greek Yogurt, Bananas & Peanut Butter. Incorporate Flour Mixture in batches, scrape down sides of bowl. Fold in 6 oz of Chocolate Chips. Fill prepared Loaf Pan, smooth out Batter. Top with remaining Chocolate Chips. Bake approx. 50 Minutes or until tester comes out clean. Rest 5 Minutes in Loaf Pan. Cool completely on Wire Rack. Enjoy!

This delicious Avocado Egg Salad can be served on your favorite bread/toast or wrapped in lettuce leaves. Avocado Egg Salad Ingredients: 1 ripe Avocado 4 hardboiled Eggs, peeled & chopped 1-2 tbsp Red Onion, chopped 1-1/2 tbsp Parsley, chopped 1 tbsp Jalapeño, chopped (optional) Zest of a Lemon 2 tsp Lemon Juice 2-3 tbsp Greek Yogurt Salt to taste Pepper to taste Cut Avocado in half, remove the Pit. Scoop out the Flesh and place in a Dish. Mash Avocado with Lemon Juice. Mix in Greek Yogurt (up to 3 tbsp if you like it creamier). Salt & Pepper to taste and Lemon Zest. Add Onions, Parsley & Jalapeño (if used) Gently fold in Eggs. Ready to serve. Enjoy!
