Sometimes we need more rest. Don't just it, just be aware and go with it.

Sometime we need more rest and self-care, sometimes we need less.
It's about listening to our bodies - having that awareness - and trusting that it's the right thing to do. Which, listening to our bodies is always the right thing to do 😉

And when we do need more rest, no judgement!!!
It is what it is, just flow with it.

There can be many reasons we need extra down time - like maybe your body is fending off a flu or virus that is trying to take hold.
So don't judge it, or feel guilty - there is always a reason for it.
Just know it is necessary.
