Part 2 of 2. Check my page for part 1. There has always seemed to be that other level of looking fit (without taking drugs by the way). And that level is possible to get to. To induce this change, we need to alter your muscle physiology just one more notch by of course increasing size, but also shifting the pennation angle (this is still for you, ladies. You will not get muscle bulky without drugs). This is what makes some people just look built different. Often, this happens naturally over time if you stick to it long enough, but there's ways to make it happen quicker. Overloading muscles in the stretched position is often the best way to help get that muscle to the next level. And main thing holding people back that I see is not going close enough to failure aka where you can't move the weight anymore. Stick to 3or 4 (if newer to lifting. Stick to 2 and 1 and sometimes 0 reps before failure. Test where failure is occasionally so you actually know what failure feels like on some exercises.
