No Ordinary Days: Chains Break - Bushes Burn - Lame Men Pick Up Mats - We Better Honor It
Today's call was a very short one, God will not be mocked and He won't tolerate irreverence.  We are not living in ordinary days. We are in a season of convergence. Signs wonders and miracles are being poured out but so too is the separation of wheat & tare, sheep & goat, righteous and unrighteous.Â
I woke up at 4:44 a.m. and the Lord spoke to me. In that quiet hour I heard Isaiah 44 calling—and I want to share what He showed me, what I've been seeing in our gatherings, and why this is not a casual thing. I am the speaker of that video message. I am writing to you now as the one who stood in that sanctuary and watched chains break, oil flow like honey, and a people invited higher. If you were in the room, you know what I mean. If you weren't, let me take you there and help you respond.
Introduction: Waking at 4:44 — A Word to the Remnant
When God wakes you in the middle of the night, you learn to listen. At 4:44 I sensed a specific direction: "Isaiah 44." I began there and read on. The Spirit made it clear—these words are not relics addressed only to people who lived thousands of years ago. Scripture written long ago is alive. If it's in the Bible, it is available to you now. The Lord spoke to me about Jacob, Israel, "my chosen one," and He was addressing a living people—those grafted in by grace under the New Covenant. He was speaking to us.
The Prophetic Lens: Applying Isaiah 44 to Today
Too often we hold Old Testament scriptures at arm’s length, as if they were merely historical artifacts. But every promise and every prophetic utterance remains active for those in Christ. The Lord said to me: read the scripture through the lens of resurrection and new covenant identity—not as words tied to the dead, but words addressed to the living. When God places a word on the table, He expects a living response.
"If it's in the Bible, it's available to you."
Why this matters
Because the movement of God in our meetings doesn't happen in a vacuum. He meets with living people who respond. He breaks chains. He releases resurrection life. He pours oil and healing. These are not theatrical moments; these are encounters with the living God, and they demand reverence, response, and repentance.
The Move in the Sanctuary: Chains Broken, Oil Flowing
Over the last several days we have seen something unprecedented in this place. This has been more than a monthly Pentecost moment; this has been daily. The Spirit has been moving in such a way that people around the world have watched and wondered. The flow has been constant—worship pumped into the sanctuary, and then God shows up. Two and a half hours of worship were offered to invite His presence, and then He came. He broke bondages. He brought deliverance. He opened resurrection life.
I saw it. I felt it. You saw, you felt it. Chains were snapped as an act of faith. People testified—some raised their hands, some were shy. I asked people to acknowledge the break, and to my frustration, some responded with disdain. That was not acceptable. When God moves, we respond. We do not scoff. We do not treat His presence as commonplace.
The imagery of oil and honey
When the Spirit moved, there was an oiliness to it—thick as honey—poured down through the room. It is a picture of God's sweet, power-filled presence. That oil is real. It does not come because I'm a good showman or because we practiced. It comes because we call for Him and because He responds to the worship of a repentant people.
Deliverance was real and visible.
Healing manifested in body, mind, and spirit.
The sanctuary became a place of resurrection life.
The Beautiful Gate and the Lame Man — A Biblical Mirror
Let me remind you of the story I referenced: the lame man at the Beautiful Gate in Acts. For him, it was just another ordinary day. He had been there since birth, groveling in the dirt, asking for spare change and pity. He did not expect anything more. Then Peter and John showed up—and they had something the beggar didn't know he needed. Peter said, "I have no silver and gold, but what I have I give to you: in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk." The beggar tested himself, stood up, and walked.Â
That same pattern is happening in our sanctuary. People come expecting small things and God hands them resurrection. But there is a condition: test the miracle. If the beggar had remained on his mat, he would have stayed lame. When God offers a miracle, you must test it. Take the step. Speak. Move in faith.
"Get up. Pick Up Your Mat and Walk!"
What happened in that account was that suddenly and without warning, what began as a seemingly a ordinary day for the lame beggar, Peter and John became an extraordinary encounter with the spirit of the Living God - and three men's lives were changed forever - and millions more as we read about and respond to what read - know that power if also for us . The same Spirit of the same Living God graces our gathering every single day - did you catch that - every single day - how dare we treat it as ordinary and common even though He's allowed us to experience it often?
Moses at the burning bush — take off your sandals
When Moses encountered God in the desert, the burning bush called for reverence: "Take off your sandals, for you are standing on holy ground." Moses had no idea he was about to encounter God. For him it started as just an another ordinary day - but then the voice called, the bush flamed but it never burned up. The Lord reminded me that the same standard applies. When we come into our sanctuary on that Zoom gathering - it is holy ground. We are not to treat His presence casually. We had better remove our sandals by humbling ourselves, repenting, and recognizing we stand in the presence of the living God.
Worship, Respect, and the Danger of Casual Faith
We poured worship into the sanctuary—two and a half hours—because that is how you prepare a place for God's presence. Worship is not an empty ritual; it is the invitation. When God enters, do not mock or minimize. Do not show disdain. Do not shake your head when the Spirit moves. If you feel a chain break, lift your hand. If you receive a healing, testify. If you are afraid of being called out, know this: no one is trying to shame you. It's an act of faith and reverence. We overcome by the blood of the lamb and word of our testimony. I will and must call for respect toward the Holy Spirit. He doesn't tolerate flippancy.
And I will say also, we have can have fun in His presence and we often do. We can be entertained at times by how things unfold in His presence; our God will use that to drive His point and make it stick for us but let me be ABSOLUTELY CLEAR ABOUT THIS: This gathering may at times be entertaining BUT THE PURPOSE IS NEVER YOUR ENTERTAINMENT NOR MINE
When I felt that righteous indignation rise, it was because God had graced us, graced us big and we treated it like a common thing, like they say on CNN "Like A Nothing Burger" Do we even recognize the disrespect in that? That is completely unacceptable. I can't and I won't tolerate it because HE WON'T TOLERATE IT. We invite His presence, He graces us with it, and we had better honor it. I repent for what happened today and ask you to join me in repentance when we have treated God's presence casually. God is not our entertainer—He is our Redeemer, our Healer, our King.
The Cost on the Servant — Spiritual Exhaustion and Reward
Some of you don't understand the physical, mental, and spiritual drain that flows through a servant of God when deliverance is released. When God chooses to move powerfully, it often costs those who steward the meeting. There is exhaustion in shepherding lives through breakthrough. But there is also great joy—and accountability. We cannot allow disrespect to be the currency of our gatherings.
I will be honest: I felt anger. Not a petty anger, but the holy ire of the Lord when His people treat His presence lightly. I asked for repentance. I offered my own repentance. We will not cover over an abomination and what happened today was an abomination. We will acknowledge when we fail and seek to honor Him better next time.
Invitation: Join Us, Test the Miracle
If you hunger for the presence of God, come with expectation. We go live every morning at 7:45 AM PST. We worship, we pray, and we seek breakthrough together. We share testimonies. We stand on scripture and we allow the Spirit to move. If He woke you at 4:44, if He gave you a scripture, don't keep it to yourself—bring it to the altar. Test what He has placed before you.

Conclusion: This Is Not Ordinary — Respond Accordingly
I close with a reminder: God is not a routine. He does not exist to entertain us. He is the living God who meets with His people, breaks chains, pours oil like honey, and restores. When He shows up, move. Test. Repent. Lift your hands. Respect His presence. If you've been shaking your head at what God is doing in this sanctuary—stop. Come higher. I am inviting you to a deeper posture of worship and reverence.
We will continue to pursue Him daily, to steward the move of the Spirit faithfully, and to call the remnant to rise. If you were delivered in these meetings—discipline yourself to hold to it. If you were skeptical, be open. God loves to surprise the resigned and rescue the desperate.
We will honor His presence. We will not be casual. We will testify, we will give thanks, and we will build the body. Test the miracle. Get up. Take off your sandals. You are standing on holy ground.
