Drop papers at the Sheriff’s Department📝👔… then straight into a property management meeting 🏠⚡

Right after dropping paperwork off at the Sheriff’s Department for an eviction case, I immediately hopped into our property management team meeting.

We do these meetings twice a day to cover everything:

🏠 Leasing updates — who’s moving in, who’s moving out

📣 Marketing strategies for vacant homes

📅 Renewals and lease extensions

🔧 Maintenance requests and progress

📊 Ongoing reports and much more

💡 Why these meetings matter:

They keep all Property Managers aligned and fully informed.

They ensure we can make fast, informed decisions on next steps for each property.

They keep homeowner clients updated and confident in how their homes are being managed.

👉 The lesson here? In property management, you’ve got to be:

Flexible enough to handle sheriff’s paperwork one minute…

Sharp enough to jump into meetings on the fly the next…

Knowledgeable enough to answer questions and give guidance instantly.

This is how we keep things moving, keep tenants accountable, and keep homeowners protected.

Let’s Get to Work! Let’s Go! 💪
