No More Spiritual Flatulence - Your Call to Bold Action

“If Jesus is coming back to gather up His church, it tells us that the only thing of value to Him is His church. So let us stand knowing that we are the thing that is of value to Him.”

Friends, I want to speak directly to your heart this morning. What follows is a straight, urgent message — the kind I deliver every day because I believe the hour demands it. If you watched the original message, you heard the same passion; if you didn’t, read this as if I’m standing in front of you, hands raised, voice cracking with conviction: it is time for the church to wake up and to act.

Wake Up: Stop Playing Church, Be the Church

I’ve said it plainly: “It’s time to stop playing church, and it’s time to be the church.” We have grown comfortable with a weekend Christianity that disappears Monday morning. We want our coffee in the lobby, our worship on a screen, a rock-star preacher who entertains yet never wakes us from a dream.  We want walls to fall down but never push and we want tyranny to end but never resist it.  We chase blessings into our pockets and outsource mission work while the hurting people next door remain ignored. That must end.

“What if the church on Sunday was still the church on Monday too? What if we came down from our towers and actually walked a mile in someone else's shoes?”

If we want our land healed and walls to fall where they should fall, the change must begin with each individual — with you and me — who truly mean it when we say, “Here I am. Send me.” That is not a slogan; it’s a call to action. No more hollow words. No more spiritual flatulence from our lips. If you say you will go when poked, then go.

When the Pulpit is Silent: The Cost of Compliance

Too often pastors and churches have chosen comfort over courage, cultural approval over prophetic truth. We saw it during the COVID lockdowns. I said then — and say again — if just ten percent of churches had stood up instead of bowing to fear and mandates, the tyranny would have shifted almost immediately. Ten percent is a tipping point; it’s not ninety.

“If as little as ten percent of the churches had stood up for people, instead of bowing down to mandates and blindly complying, the tyranny would have ended almost immediately.”

When leaders refuse to speak or offer only sanitized messages, a vacuum forms — and in that void ideologies enter that despise the truth. Wokeism, Marxism, and radical ideologies do not triumph by strength alone; they win because the church is too weak to push back. We cannot allow silence to be our legacy.

The Atmosphere Is Stirring: Judgment, Mercy and Harvest

I believe something is brewing in the atmosphere. There is both great mercy and judgment coming. The Bible calls it “the great and terrible day of the Lord.” To some, that will be mercy; to others, it will be terrifying. We must choose which side we’ll be on.

The prophetic voices I follow and share are saying similar things: there will be a sudden move of God, but there will also be shaking. There is a season of harvest coming, and in that season a spiritual sifting will occur. We must be ready to be the people God uses to gather the harvest.

“If Jesus is coming back to gather up His church, it tells us that the only thing of value to Him is His church. So let us stand knowing that we are the thing that is of value to Him.”
Spiritual Preparation: Put On the Armor of God

Preparation begins first in spirit. We must humble ourselves, repent, and take up the spiritual armor God gives us. I pray for you to be rearmed — the helmet of salvation, the breastplate of righteousness, the shield of faith, and the sword of the Spirit (His Word).

Resisting evil is active. The command is not to sit back and hope someone else will do it. We are called to resist — to stand, to speak, to pray, and to act. We must fortify our minds, renew our thoughts in Christ, and refuse to be conformed to this world.

“Resisting is an active tense verb. We resist it. Sitting around, taking in a nice message, sitting around, getting challenged isn’t enough. That’s why the expression says: rise to the challenge.”
Practical Preparation: Be Wise, Be Ready

While spiritual readiness matters first, practical readiness is not optional. People I respect have warned of possible flash crashes, grid-down events, and economic resets. Take practical steps now:

Food: store at least a few weeks of provisions. Aim for the eight-week benchmark recommended by some watchmen.
Water: know your sources — bottled, filtered systems, how to purify river or stream water safely.
Medical: basic first aid, prescriptions, and hygiene supplies.
Finances: have some tangible assets. Many prophetic voices point to silver, small rounds, and tangible stores of value. If you own metal, keep it in your possession — not in an inaccessible vault.
Awareness: learn skills that persist in low-tech scenarios: gardening, basic electrical, safe food storage, and community organizing.

Some friends in the prophetic sphere have also warned about financial turbulence: a flash crash followed by a bigger reset. If you have the capacity to position wisely, do so. But do not let fear make decisions for you — prayer and wisdom must lead.

Prophetic Signposts: Macron, Peace Summits and Timing

Pay attention to global moves that line up with prophetic scripture. One sign I highlighted: French President Emmanuel Macron co-chairing a major conference in New York on September 22 — Rosh Hashanah. Names and dates can carry spiritual weight and symbolism. Emmanuel means “God with us,” yet we must discern motives and ends.

Scripture speaks of a leader who will broker peace treaties, and many prophetic students are watching events like this with sober interest. I’m not predicting specifics; I’m calling for people to be watchful and prayerful, not fearful or obsessed with date setting.

From Words to Action: What You Must Do Now

This is not a time for complacency. This is a time for reformation of our habits and re-commitment to the Great Commission and to neighborly love. It’s time to:

Speak truth prayerfully and boldly wherever you go — in your workplace, at the supermarket, in school boards and town halls.
Attend local civic meetings. Engage your politicians and school boards with grace and conviction.
Support faithful ministries that teach and equip believers to stand.
Stop outsourcing spiritual responsibility. You are the church — not your pastor alone.
Pray daily with humility. Humble hearts open heaven’s door for healing and revival.

History shows tyranny falls when a small but determined minority stands. Let that be us. The tipping point is closer than you think. Ten percent become twenty; twenty becomes forty. We push and God backs us. But push requires action.

Encouragement: Hope, Joy and Worship

Don’t confuse urgency with despair. We shout praise even in the storm. Worship ushers God’s presence and moves spiritual mountains. When God’s presence falls, the darkness cannot stand. The call is to joy, courage and persistent praise.

“Lift up a shout of joy to Yahweh. Sing your way into His presence with joy because when His presence falls, nothing of the kingdom of darkness can stand.”

Stand firm. Fear is not our portion. We have been given a spirit of power, love, and a sound mind. God is faithful. He is Jireh, our provider; He is Shalom, our peace. Let faith, not fear, govern your steps.

Final Charge

I am calling you to a surrendered life — one that will not be silent when justice is threatened and will not shrink from sacrifice. If you say, “Send me,” be ready to be poked, mobilized, and deployed. The harvest is coming. The Lord is calling a prepared people to stand in the breach and to be the agents of restoration.

Now is the time to be strengthened, to rehearse faith, and to act in love and truth. Build community; equip your family; show up in the public square with humility and resolve. Pray daily, repenting where repentance is due, and take practical steps to secure your household. God will honor a people who prepare in humility and obey in courage.

Be bold. Be brave. Rise and shine — the glory of the Lord has risen upon you. Choose this day who you will serve, and let your life prove your words.
