Simple and sweet, this 5 ingredient apple crumble recipe is an easy to make vegan fall treat. Ingredients 6 apples (you can use any apples you prefer) 3/4 cup of coconut sugar 1/4 cup of water 1 cup of oat flour 1/4 cup of vegan butter Directions 1. Preheat oven to 375F. 2. Peel and slice apples into small pieces, removing the cores and seeds. Heat a large frying pan to medium heat and add in apple pieces. Add in 1/2 cup of coconut sugar and water. Mix well and cook for approximately 20 minutes, or until the apples begin to soften and turn slightly brown. 3. While apples are cooking, add oat flour, 1/4 cup of coconut sugar and vegan butter to a bowl. Mix until the oat flour becomes crumbly and has a bread crumb like texture. 4. Once apples are done, carefully add the to a pie or casserole dish. Sprinkle with oat flour crumble. 5. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. 6. Serve and enjoy! After picking up fresh roasted Pueblo chilies, he shows how to turn them into a smoky, flavorful masterpiece right on the griddle. Double Roasted Green Chile Smash Burger: https://blackstoneproducts.com/blogs/recipes/double-roasted-green-chile-smash-burger Ingredients 4 brioche buns Mayonnaise Cooking oil 1–1.5 lbs ground beef (20–30% fat recommended) Blackstone SPG seasoning (or salt, pepper, and garlic) Roasted green chiles 4 pasteurized eggs 8 slices smokehouse cheddar cheese Directions 1. Set your Blackstone griddle to high heat. 2. Spread mayonnaise on the inside of each brioche bun. 3. Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions (about 2–3 oz each) and roll into balls. 4. Lightly oil the griddle, then place the meatballs on top. 5. Using a burger press or sturdy spatula with parchment paper between the tool and meat, firmly smash each ball into a thin patty. 6. Season with SPG (or salt, pepper, and garlic). 7. Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until well browned and cooked through. 8. During the last minute, top each patty with a slice of smokehouse cheddar. Remove from heat once melted. 9. Place the roasted green chiles on the griddle for a minute or two to heat through. 10. Spray four Blackstone egg rings with nonstick spray. Crack one egg into each and cook sunny-side up, leaving the yolk runny. 11. Place the buns mayo-side down on the griddle until golden. 12. Remove and spread a bit more mayo on the toasted sides. 13. Stack two patties per burger for a double. 14. Layer on the warmed green chiles and top each with a fried egg. 15. Finish with the top bun. 16. Serve and enjoy! Pancake Tacos: https://blackstoneproducts.com/blogs/recipes/pancake-tacos Ingredients Pancake Tacos: 2 (4 oz) packages pre-diced pancetta 2 cups pancake mix (follow box directions or see below for Kodiak mix recipe) 1 cup water 1 cup milk 2 tbsp salted butter Whipped cream Maple syrup Confectioners’ sugar Peach Compote: 1 stick salted butter 4 tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 peach, diced (leave the skin on) 1 tsp arrowroot powder or cornstarch Avocado oil Directions 1. Preheat the griddle to medium-high heat. Place a small pot on the back corner of the griddle to preheat. 2. Add the pancetta to the griddle and sauté for about 2 minutes, tossing occasionally. Continue cooking until the pancetta is fully crisp and golden, then remove it from the griddle and set aside. 3. Dice the peach into small pieces, leaving the skin on. 4. Once the pot is heated, add the butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract to start the peach compote. 5. Add a small amount of avocado oil to the griddle and sauté the diced peaches over medium heat for 3–4 minutes, tossing halfway through to allow the natural sugars to caramelize. 6. Transfer the sautéed peaches to the pot with the butter mixture and stir to combine. In a small bowl, mix the arrowroot or cornstarch with an equal amount of water to make a slurry, then slowly whisk it into the pot until the compote thickens. Keep warm on low heat. 7. In a medium bowl, combine the pancake mix, water, and milk, and stir until smooth. 8. Lower the griddle heat to medium-low. Melt the butter on the surface and pour small amounts of pancake batter to form mini pancakes that will act as taco shells. 9. Cook the pancakes for 2–3 minutes or until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown. 10. Remove the pancakes from the griddle and place them in a taco holder so they fold in half while still warm. 11. Fill each pancake taco with a spoonful of peach compote and a handful of crispy pancetta. 12. Top each with whipped cream, a sprinkle of confectioners’ sugar, and a drizzle of maple syrup. 13. Serve immediately and enjoy! Stovetop Skillet Pizza Ingredients: 250 gr Flour 1/4 tsp Salt 1 tsp Italian Seasoning 2 tsp Baking Powder 150 ml cold Water Oil Topping: Pizza Sauce Cheddar Cheese, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, shredded 1/4 Red Onion, sliced 1 Sweet Pepper, sliced 2-3 Honey Ham Slices, diced 2 Green Onions, chopped Pour Flour, Salt, Italian Seasoning, Baking Powder on Table. Make a well and fill with Water. Use a fork and slowly work everything together. Knead long enough until the Dough comes together. Form a ball & set aside. On high heat, add 1 tbsp Oil to large Skillet. Sauté Red Onion & Sweet Pepper, season with Salt & Italian Seasoning, set aside. Press and form the Dough out to approx. 10" In same Skillet on med/high heat add a little Oil. Place Dough in Skillet and cover. Cook until golden & bubbles. Flip the Crust over. Preheat the griddle to medium-high and drizzle with avocado oil. 2. Add the broccoli, zucchini, tomatoes, and onion to the griddle. Season with oregano, paprika, and Mrs. Dash, then splash with water to steam and toss well. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5–8 minutes. 3. On the other side of the griddle, drizzle oil and spread evenly. Place a sheet of parchment paper on top, drizzle a little more oil, and lay the fish filets on the parchment. Season with paprika, pepper, and Mrs. Dash. 4. Cook the fish for 2–3 minutes per side, flipping carefully until cooked through. 5. In the center of the griddle, add the rice with a splash of water. Toss gently and allow it to steam until warmed. 6. Assemble the dish by layering rice first, followed by vegetables, then cod. 7. Combine Flour, Baking Powder, Nutmeg, Baking Soda & Salt. Whisk well, set aside. Cream together Butter and Sugar. Add Eggs one at a time, Syrup and Sour Cream. Scrape down sides of bowl. Incorporate Flour Mixture in batches. Scrape down sides of bowl. Fold in 3/4 cup Chocolate Chips & 1 cup Mandarin Oranges. Equally fill Muffin Liners with Batter. This time he’s making French toast egg-in-a-hole with thick brioche, cinnamon, and a golden fried egg right on the Blackstone. Sweet and Simple Stir Fry: https://blackstoneproducts.com/blogs/recipes/sweet-and-simple-stir-fry Ingredients Cooking oil 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs ¾ cup teriyaki sauce 2 Tbsp garlic paste or several cloves garlic, minced 1 cup red bell pepper, sliced 1 cup green bell pepper, sliced 1 cup onion, sliced 2 cups zucchini, sliced 1 cup coleslaw mix ½ cup carrots, shredded 1–2 lbs stir-fry noodles (recommended: Ka'Me Udon Stir-Fry Noodles) Salt and black pepper, to taste Garnish Fresh cilantro, chopped Sriracha hot sauce Sesame seeds Directions 1. Place the chicken pieces in a resealable bag with ¾ cup teriyaki sauce and garlic. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours. 2. Preheat the Blackstone griddle on high heat. 3. Drizzle oil onto the hot griddle and spread it evenly. Add the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until it is about three-quarters done, then push it to one side. 4. Add a little more oil to the other side of the griddle. Add the red pepper, green pepper, onion, zucchini, coleslaw mix, and carrots. Stir and cook until the vegetables begin to soften. 5. Mix the chicken and vegetables together on the griddle and continue cooking, stirring often, so everything cooks evenly without burning. 6. Preheat the griddle on high heat and lightly coat it with avocado oil. Drizzle avocado oil over the T-bone and rub half of the onion soup mix onto both sides of the meat, saving the rest for the vegetables. 2. Place the steak face side down on the griddle and add slices of butter around it so the butter bastes and crisps the meat. Cook for about 6 minutes, adjusting the time depending on your preferred doneness. 3. This Fruit Salad is a mix of fresh Fruits, tossed with a Lime Honey Dressing. A refreshing Appetizer, Side Dish, Dessert or Picnic Item. Fruit Salad Ingredients: 2 cups Cherries 2 cups Strawberries 1-2 cups Kiwi 3 cups Watermelon (Cubes) 3 cups Cantaloupe (Pieces) 3 cups Plums 3 cups Pears (Pieces) Juice of large Lime Zest of a Lime 1-2 tsp Honey Combine Lime Juice, Zest and Honey. (add more Honey if you like it sweeter) Whisk well, set aside. (Note: Cut the Fruits in approx. the same size.) Peel and slice Kiwis. Remove Watermelon Rind and cut in Cubes. Remove green Parts of Strawberries and cut in half or quarters. Remove Pits from Cherries. Remove Stones from Plums and cut in Pieces. Remove Seeds and Rind from Cantaloupe and cut in Pieces. Braided Salmon: https://blackstoneproducts.com/blogs/recipes/braided-salmon Ingredients For the Salmon 1 large salmon fillet (about 2–2.5 lbs), skin removed and bones pulled 2–3 tbsp Blackstone All-purpose seasoning 1–2 tsp crushed red pepper (optional, for heat) 2 tbsp sesame seeds For the Honey Garlic Butter Glaze 1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter 2–3 tbsp chopped garlic (fresh or pre-minced) 2–3 tbsp honey Directions 1. Check the salmon fillet for bones and remove any you find. 2. Slice the fillet into three long strips lengthwise, leaving one end connected so it stays together. 3. Braid the strips gently, just like braiding hair, and tuck the end under to secure. 4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, add the garlic, and cook until fragrant, about 1–2 minutes. 5. Stir in the honey until well combined and keep warm. 6. Lightly coat the braided salmon with all-purpose seasoning and sprinkle on crushed red pepper if desired. 7. Preheat a flat top griddle, skillet, or large pan over medium heat. 8. Place the salmon on the cooking surface and cook slowly to keep it tender. 9. Flip carefully after several minutes once the first side has developed color. 10. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top while cooking. 11. Continue cooking until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily, about 8–12 minutes total depending on thickness. 12. Transfer the cooked salmon to a platter and spoon the honey garlic butter glaze generously over the top. 13. Serve with warm red beans and rice. Preheat the griddle to high heat and place the cast iron skillet on top; let it heat for about 5 minutes. 2. Season the chicken thighs with salt, 1 teaspoon of pepper, and Tuscan Herb seasoning. 3. On the other side of the griddle set to medium-high, add a drizzle of avocado oil and sear the chicken for about 5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. 4. While the chicken cooks, add butter, shallots, and garlic to the heated skillet and sauté until the shallots are translucent and fragrant. 5. Stir in the coconut milk and almond milk, then season with the remaining 1 teaspoon of pepper. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until fully melted and incorporated. 6. In a small cup, mix the arrowroot powder (or cornstarch) with water. Slowly whisk the slurry into the sauce and stir until it thickens to your desired consistency. 7. Remove the cooked chicken from the griddle and slice it into strips. 8. Add the al dente fettuccine noodles to the sauce and stir to coat. Let the noodles simmer in the sauce for 1–2 minutes. 9. From sizzling sausage to crispy hash browns and perfectly cooked eggs, it's a breakfast made with plenty of flavor and Southern charm. Breakfast Sandwiches: https://blackstoneproducts.com/blogs/recipes/breakfast-sandwiches Ingredients 1 lb breakfast sausage (formed into 4 patties) 4 eggs 1–2 cups frozen hash browns 4 English muffins, split Butter or honey butter Salt and pepper (to taste) Crystal hot sauce (or your favorite hot sauce) Sliced cheese Spicy ketchup Directions 1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat. Place the sausage patties on the hot surface and let them cook for about 45 seconds before flipping. Press them down with a hamburger press if you'd like them thinner. Cook for a total of 6–8 minutes or until well-browned and fully cooked through. 2. Next, add the frozen hash browns to the griddle. Spread them out and let them cook undisturbed so they get crispy. Flip after a few minutes and cook until golden on both sides. Always use frozen hash browns so they don’t fall apart. 3. While everything cooks, butter the English muffins and place them cut-side down on the griddle. Toast until golden brown, then remove and set aside. 4. Crack the eggs onto the griddle, using egg rings if you have them. Break the yolks and season with salt, pepper, and a few drops of hot sauce. Cook until fully set, flipping if needed for over-medium style. 5. Add sliced cheese to the sausage patties during the last minute of cooking and let it melt. You can cover them briefly to help the cheese melt faster. 6. To make spicy ketchup, mix ketchup with a few drops of hot sauce and some black pepper. Stir and set aside. 7. Preheat the griddle to high heat. Add the ground chicken and season with ½ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks. 2. On the other side of the griddle, set to medium-high heat, add a drizzle of avocado oil. Add the zucchini, cherry tomatoes, red onion, broccoli, and sweet pepper rings. Toss to combine. 3. Incorporate Cake Mix and Baking Powder. Fold in Chocolate Chunks. Cover with Plastic Wrap and refrigerate 60-90 Minutes. Line Cookie Sheet with Parchment Paper. Breakfast Croissant - Eggs, Brie & Bacon (2) Ingredients: 2 Butter Croissants 4 Eggs Salt to taste Pepper to taste 1 tbs Green Onions, chopped 1 tbsp Butter (more melted Butter to brush) 2 cooked Bacon Strips, cut in half 2 Slices of Brie, cut in half Slice Croissants in half lengthwise. Brush with melted Butter. Lightly toast cut Sides. Combine Eggs, Salt, Pepper & Green Onions. Mix well. Melt Butter in small Skillet on med/high. Pour in Egg Mixture, cover with Lid. Preheat Oven 350°F Combine Flour, Baking Soda, Salt, Baking Powder & Cinnamon, whisk well and set aside. Mix Brown Sugar & Oil. Add Vanilla and one Egg at a time. Avocado Egg Salad Ingredients: 1 ripe Avocado 4 hardboiled Eggs, peeled & chopped 1-2 tbsp Red Onion, chopped 1-1/2 tbsp Parsley, chopped 1 tbsp Jalapeño, chopped (optional) Zest of a Lemon 2 tsp Lemon Juice 2-3 tbsp Greek Yogurt Salt to taste Pepper to taste Cut Avocado in half, remove the Pit. Scoop out the Flesh and place in a Dish. Mash Avocado with Lemon Juice. Mix in Greek Yogurt (up to 3 tbsp if you like it creamier). Salt & Pepper to taste and Lemon Zest. Slice the tomatoes and season them with Blackstone SPG. Cut the bottom end off the green leaf lettuce and shape the leaves to fit the burger buns. Slice the red onion into thin rounds. 2. Divide the ground beef into quarter-pound balls. Lightly season the beef balls with Whiskey Burger Seasoning. 3. Spread Duke’s mayo on the inside of each Martin’s Potato Roll. 4. Set your griddle to high heat. 5. Place the burger balls on the hot griddle and smash each one firmly for 10 seconds. 6. While the burgers cook, toast the buns mayo-side down until golden. Every cookout needs a great potato salad, and this one’s done right on the Blackstone griddle. Watch as Hussey steams, sears, and dresses baby potatoes in a flavorful vinaigrette for a warm, herby side dish that’ll steal the show. Griddled Potato Salad: https://blackstoneproducts.com/blogs/recipes/griddled-potato-salad Ingredients 2 lb baby/new potatoes 1–2 cups water 1 tablespoon salt ½ teaspoon black pepper 1 tablespoon avocado oil ½ teaspoon Blackstone Tuscan Herb Seasoning 1 tablespoon stone ground mustard 1–2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil Juice of 1 lemon 1–2 teaspoons salt 1–2 green onions, chopped ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped Directions 1. Preheat your griddle on low heat. 2. Place the baby potatoes in an aluminum pan, add about ¼ inch of water, and cover tightly with foil. Set the pan on the griddle and steam for 5–7 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork tender. 3. Remove the pan from heat, let the potatoes cool slightly, then cut each one in half. 4. In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with avocado oil, salt, pepper, and the Tuscan Herb Seasoning. 5. Place the seasoned potatoes directly onto the hot griddle, cut-side down. Cook for 2–4 minutes, or until golden and crispy. 6. In a bowl, whisk together the stone ground mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt until well combined. 7. Transfer the crispy potatoes into the vinaigrette and toss to coat evenly. 8. Add the chopped green onions and parsley to the bowl and toss once more. 9. Enjoy warm or at room temperature. This dish pairs perfectly with grilled meats or works great as a stand-alone summer side.
