Catchy name, "Agonizer", I know! Just made it up for fun.... cause that's what this looks like right? This is purely a challenge to test your strength endurance. Aim for the percentages I give (split squat as many reps as you can each leg with 60% of your bodyweight split between 2 dumbbells. Barbell squat 70% of your one rep max for as many as you can). Modify as needed, but try the original first to see if you can. Would love to see you try this. Please comment or message me on Insta how you did!... Or else I'll hold the record forever
