Would you argue with Henry Ford? Trying to know and do everything yourself?

Henry Ford didn't "waste" brain space trying to know everything. He simply surrounded himself with people that knew what he didn't.
So simple, yet in our society of 'I need to do everything myself' it has been completely lost.
