Tenant moved outโ€ฆ๐Ÿš๏ธ but until THIS agreement ๐Ÿ“ is signed, the house isnโ€™t officially vacant ๐Ÿ‘€

Just finished my walkthrough of a property that was recently vacated, and now itโ€™s time to explain the next steps before we can finalize the tenantโ€™s move-out.

Hereโ€™s the situation:

The tenant has left the property, but they also left behind personal belongings.

Until thatโ€™s resolved, we cannot legally declare the property vacant.

To move forward, the tenant must sign an early termination lease agreement.

Why is this so important?
โš ๏ธ If we repossess and re-secure the property without that agreement signed, the tenant could turn around and sue, claiming we locked them out while they still had rights to their belongings.

So the final steps look like this:
1๏ธโƒฃ Tenant signs the early termination agreement.
2๏ธโƒฃ We confirm the property is legally vacated.
3๏ธโƒฃ Schedule removal or disposal of any belongings left behind.
4๏ธโƒฃ Prepare the home for cleaning, turnover, and marketing.

๐Ÿ’ก This is the legal side of property management that protects homeowners, keeps everything compliant, and ensures no lawsuits pop up down the road. Itโ€™s about doing things the right way, not the fast way.

๐Ÿ‘‰ The tenant is almost out, but until the paperwork is signed, this chapter isnโ€™t closed.

Letโ€™s Go! ๐Ÿ’ช
