This house 🏠 was so bad I had to condemn it🚫… The owner says it’s fixed. Let’s see if that’s true 👀

Not long ago, I had to condemn this rental home because of major issues:
Black mold spreading throughout the house 🦠
Walls collapsing in sections 🧱
Crumbling windows letting in air and water 🌧️
A leaking roof causing further damage
And utilities? They’d never even been turned on since I started managing the property… 🚫💡💧
It was a disaster — unsafe, unlivable, and definitely not ready for any tenant.
But now the homeowner has hired vendors and contractors to come in, fix it up, and rebuild it. He says it’s done and ready.
So today, I’m driving out to take a look for myself. Is this home truly safe and habitable now? Is it market-ready for new tenants? Or will we find more issues hiding beneath the surface?
👉 This is property management in real life: protecting tenants, holding homeowners accountable, and making sure homes meet legal habitability standards before anyone moves in.
Time to see if this condemned property is finally ready for a second chance.
Let’s Go! 💪
