Hit All Leg Joints In One Movement

Take all lower body joints to maximum range of motion in one movement. You'll target hips knees and ankles for total flexion and stretch the adjacent side front hip doing these. Start with an elevated leg and lower that elevation progressively (over the next week or so) until you're doing them on the ground comfortably. It's my staple for warm up and amazing for rehab
