We're controlling because we don't trust.

If we trusted ourselves, we wouldn’t be so controlling.
Mic drop? Maybe.
Hard truth? Absolutely.

Control often masquerades as responsibility, hustle, leadership.
But under the surface, it’s usually fear.

Fear that if we don’t control the outcome, something will fall apart.
Fear that if we don’t force things, nothing will happen.
Fear that if we float, we’ll drown.

But here’s the shift:
✨ You can still show up.
✨ You can still take action.
✨ You can still want growth, change, impact.

You just don’t have to grip it to death.
Letting go of control doesn’t mean giving up.
It means trusting the process.

Trusting yourself.
Trusting life.

You’re still steering the boat.
You’re just no longer panicking about every wave.
