Kirk Cameron Has Left Behind the Idea of Being Left Behind in Pre Tribulation Rapture. Kirk Cameron explains in a Forbes magazine interview how his view on the end times have changed in the last 25 years. This is all so ironic because Kirk Cameron starred in the Left Behind movies series. Kirk Cameron says people still refer to him as the “Left Behind guy”. The Left Behind Movie came from the Left Behind book series sold over 65 million copies worldwide. The Left Behind Series made the idea of Pre Tribulation Rapture of the church a mainstream idea on Christian churches in America. This is such an urgent conversation because a large majority of the Christian world has embraced the idea of a pre tribulation rapture. Pastors like John Hagee, Jack Hibbs, Greg Laurie, Dr David Jeremiah, Jimmy Evans, are teaching the pre trib rapture as if it is 100% fact and I believe that is dangerous. Well I just found out that Kirk Cameron does not believe in the behind left behind of the pre trib rapture. We are going to look at an interview Kirk did with Forbes magazine explain his thoughts on the end times and his eschatology. Its seems that Kirk Cameron has changed his mind to embracing post millenniumism. I believe the church should study all the views of the end times so they can make a decision on what they believe instead of just teaching people one position. I do not have the end times all figured out myself. Even after studying the topic for over 20 years, I am just starting to put the pieces together. But I heard a quote that was pure wisdom to me: “We should work like Jesus isn’t coming back for a 1,000 years but be ready to go in the twinkling of eye”. Kirk Cameron will also discuss what helped changed his worldview from a pre tribulation rapture to embracing post millenniumism
