Let’s talk about why ancient grains are so great. 🌾

Grains like einkorn and spelt are easier to digest and more nourishing than most modern wheat. They have gentler gluten and starch, and haven’t been hybridized for yield like today’s wheat has.

Modern wheat? It’s been bred for production, not health. And that higher gluten content and altered structure can be really hard on our bodies. 😣

Now, I’m not saying modern wheat is evil. Some people tolerate it just fine. But if you're dealing with health struggles... digestive issues, fatigue, aches, or allergies... ancient grains might be a game-changer.

They were for me. 🙌

After a lifetime of seasonal allergies, I stopped eating modern wheat... and my allergies disappeared. In three days. It was miraculous! 🙏🏻
