Historic Detroit Metropolitan Building to reopen after nearly 40 years of vacancy

A $32 million construction project to renovate a downtown Detroit skyscraper empty for nearly 40 years is almost complete. Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan will join others as they mark the return of the historic Metropolitan Building in downtown Detroit.
