#41 Dr Michael Kolta

Dr. Michael Kolta is an Associate Professor of Computer Science at Palm Beach Atlantic University. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University at Albany, SUNY.

Dr. Kolta holds a software patent for a melody-based search engine developed from interdisciplinary research combining music theory, AI, and bioinformatics. Outside academia, he enjoys composing music and spending time with his wife, Lisa, and their three children.

His first book "Christian Ethics in Computers, Software, and Artificial Intelligence" was released in January 2025.
