This deep squat variation puts the maximum range of motion test on your ankles hips and knees. Keeping ypur back straight will be a great test of your spinal extension mobility. If you can get in and out of this position seemlessly without any popping or pain, then you pass. If even the thought of this makes you hurt then we should talk.
